“Bad company and bad service now almost 3 months and still i didnt receive my order. The order was on 23 of feb and today 11 of may .
When i contact them in whatsapp they always give a same answer that the shipment will reach soon and they refuse to return my money.

I contacted customer services on watsapp they have an attitude all the time. they do not send you a tracking link to track your order. I beleive I wont have my order delivered at all. “I can’t believe how much of a fraud this company is!!! I have purchased two perfumes from them on JANUARY 29TH 2021 and now we are on APRIL 4TH and I still haven’t received the perfumes despite the fact the I paid the full amount in advance!!! And the funny thing is that they refuse to give you any kind of information about your shipment, not a tracking code, not which shipment company they are using and not even where is it now.
On top of that they refuse to offer a refund cause in their logic the Item went out ( which I highly doubt it) and doesn’t matter if I received it or not, so long that they don’t have it with them will be NO REFUND.
Stay away from this company if you read this, it’s my first time purchasing from an online store blindly without checking if it is a legitimate company or not and now I pay toll, they have raised all the red flags in my book from the terrible service to the even worse customer service where they either don’t reply for days or just copy paste what they wrote before with missed up grammar and it seems even if I received it (hopefully this year) all the other reviewers say that these are fake perfumes, so once again do yourself a favor and stay away from these SCAMS.”
