“It's the first time I've purchased from vip and the photon product I bought is fab no complaints. I also bought afew e-liquids in blackjack & freebie of triple menthol. No issues with them but would like the flavours to be alot stronger to gain a satisfying hit.”

Thank you for your feedback Deborah, I am sorry to hear that you are find cartomisers which are just not working, what we believe may have happened is the wadding within the filter has slipped in the cartomizer and therefore not connecting with the atomizer. Generally giving this quite a hard or strong blow, this will allow the wadding to fall back to the bottom of the filter and connect to the atomizer. “Great selection of 'house' liquids. I've tried many different brands, but they don't compare to VIP's own brand range. Especially when you consider the promos, it's a no brainer. Great flavours (black ice blast being one of my favourites) giving the right balance between kick, smoothness, and crisp flavours.”
