“Hi everyone and a Happy new year... Been using VIP Vapeing liquid for I think 4 or so years and have noticed a difference with my orders., which is once a month. I didn't know that they had changed the mix to 50/50 . Would like to know when the change took place.. Iv always found that some orders were stronger than others and the mixture was thicker with a darker color.. I always stick to strawberries and lime flavour so I'm in a good position to give my opinion and the 18mg strength is because if I use anything else the hit at the back of your throat is weaker.. But I would never use another brand, tried many, and never found any that stood up to VIP liquid .. So good on you VIP for the standard of Oils...... All the best Lisa Mcnally.. (from Walse)”

“Would have gave 5 stars if they never upgraded the bottles of Sub Zero Iced Mint, they are hard to squeeze and seem to run out faster than the previous, also there are no more 18mg versions as the 12mg knocks a bit of edge off. Still good service from V.I.P but yet still to find an alternative due to the recent change in the sub zero line. Thanks.”

“Have used VIP for several years now and had only a couple of hic ups regarding delivery. Latest was last week during "the move" but after sending an e-mail had Janet on the phone to discuss items missing in the order that was delivered. Order was full filled within a matter of days and after a second phone call from Janet was left feeling like a valued customer. Will continue to use VIP and to recommend.”

“A lady called Nicola helped me in minutes.she is really nice.id been phoning about a lost order for over 3 weeks with no help and the guy I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. but I spoke to Nicola and she sorted everything for me straight away thank you Nicola”

“I am happy with the response on the phone but not with the delivey. Apparently delivery was attempted but no card or anything was left so I had no idea until I rung to chase where it was. Courtney who dealt with me was very good and sorted hings out.”
