“I have been very pleased with not only the products but the delivery and customer service with every order. However when I recently logged on to place an order, almost all of the items I required were showing as out of stock. I subsequently found an alternative supplier but am disappointed at losing my reward loyalty points”

“Usually order cartomisers of 50 or more and for a while now some single cartomisers seem to be empty, no doubt have got through quality control. Very satisfield overall but this needs to be checked as it is too much hassle to send back. Also battery life is not consistent.”

“I find that the cartomizers dont last as long as they did when i 1st started shopping with you and its annoying when you run out of stock on a regular basis and i have to go elsewhere. Overall i do like the product.”
