“Products are good quality and have a nice tast to them unlike other liquids, it would be nice to have the option of buying bigger bottles and also more range in terms of nicotine.”

Thank you for the excellent review! It's great to hear that you are enjoying your VIP products. From 20 May 2017 the new TPD requirements restrict e-liquids to a nicotine strength of no more than 20mg and has also has restricted the maximum volume of nicotine-containing e-liquid for sale in one refill container to 10ml. This means that unfortunately we cannot offer a larger bottle of liquid or nicotine strength. I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused there. “Very quick processing and dispatch (within a couple of hours of ordering it was en route). Got it next day (a rarity in Aberdeen). Staff on the phone are cheery and helpful, not afraid to admit when they aren't sure but then go a find out an answer for you. And the staff in my local store are great, helped me get started and even let me know where I am going wrong.”

“Used VIP a lot and always happy but was a bit disappointed that i paid £5 next day delivery but because it was on a thurs and could not get it deliver till the Mon so was not happy to pay for the ex but could get it when i wanted”
