“Good product, battery and inhalation are as advertised. No complaints other than 2 minor niggles: The charger is on the bottom of battery so you can’t stand it upright when charging The liquid is a bit fiddly to put it All in all though very pleased”

“Although ordering and delivery are normally very good I have had problems recently with new batteries not holding a charge. I have experienced this occasionally in the past but have had two in the last week. Has anyone else had problems?”

“Good delivery, good service. Would like more local outlets. Have used product over a three year period. Sometimes cartridges are dud. Batteries don’t seem to last as well as they used to. But overall the best product I have found.”

“Excellent product and service! Unfortunately, on my last order they sent me a 16mg strength of e-liquid instead of the much lower strength I ordered. I would have contacted the sales team, but as I'd already used some of the order before I noticed, I decided not to bother. If it hadn't been for this error I would have given 5 stars.”
