“unfortunately the wrong order has been sent out to me therefore waiting for my original order to arrive the person I spoke to today was very apologetic as that will be 2 customers getting wrong order hopefully my order arrives soon”

“Haven't had a cigarette since using the cartomizers, however, I don't feel they last as long as they did when I started a few years ago. Seem to be getting through one cartomizer in two days where as previously they lasted about a week. Is this just me!! Delivery excellent when in stock but have experienced out of stock a couple of times when trying to order.”

“Great flavours and excellent choice. Would have given the E-Liquids 5 stars if it wasn't for the awful lids. They're really hard to open and then don't always stay in place when re-twisted back on. Why have you changed them? Please bring back the old lids.”

“Would of given 5 stars if I'd received all the liquids I'd ordered but there was one missing. However I've never had any problems in the past so I'm not going to let it put me off ordering again and besides the Black Jack flavour is amazing!!!”

“VIP E cigarettes have kept me off tobacco for several years now. Good service and quality from VIP, very few delivery let downs. Good variety of cartomisers although they do not seem to last as long as they used to.”

“I started using VIP 6 years ago, this month, and haven't touched a cigarette since. The product and company are both good with only a very few 'glitches' in that time. My wife has now joined me and hasn't smoked for almost a year. A good substitute for 'the weed'”

“Delivery speed and efficiency is 100%. However my only problem is that I placed an incorrect order once (ordered 0mg instead of 12mg) and emailed customer service to resolve, I'm still awaiting a reply and this was 3 weeks ago. I'd of gave 5 🌟 otherwise.”
