“Been a loyal VIP customer for over 5 years, good quality & efficient delivery. The cartomizers don't last as long as they used to but the strength went lower, so that is probably why. They regularly have good offers as well.”

“On the whole I am happy with products. I am still however waiting for VAPTIO to come back into stock. Been waiting a while now. I am not knowledgeable about the different products and when trying to find new devices do not understand what and why each one is different. I would welcome an idiots guide. Thank you”

“Competitively priced package. Fastest delivery - without charge. Good products (would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the clearomisers which leak far too often for my liking). So, overall, quite good but could do (slightly) better.”
