“Been a customer for 5 years now,often buying from VIP outlet in my town,always satisfied with service I have had,am a great lover of coffee cartomisers however I was hoping to get 20mg when the laws changed but can only get that in tobacco,the 16mg ones just aren't strong enough,that's my only gripe.”

“Orders always arrive quickly. My only gripe is that another of the cartridges have not worked. I have reported this before and was told that there is a quality control., this was the response to my asking for a refund or replacement! However this is the third one that has not worked and would therefore question that 'quality control' is not working.”

“having been a non smoker now for over 6years I am so pleased and its all down to VIP. I use the cartomisers (20% American tobacco) Delivery is quick and the staff manning the phones are always friendly and polite. However I do have a complaint about the cartomisers Recently some of these 'tips' seem to leak and there is a burning sensation on the lips and there have been the odd one or two that have been blank or empty. This has only happened since the nicotine content has had to be legally dropped from 24% to 20%. Perhaps this could be looked into”
