“I have used your vip Virginia cartomisers for about 3years and found them the nearest to a cigarette, the latest Virginia rolling cartomisers you sent me taste nothing like a cigarette , I hope they improve because they are very poor & leave a nastt taste in your mouth. Michael davies.”

“It's the first time I've purchased from vip and the photon product I bought is fab no complaints. I also bought afew e-liquids in blackjack & freebie of triple menthol. No issues with them but would like the flavours to be alot stronger to gain a satisfying hit.”

Thank you for your feedback Deborah, I am sorry to hear that you are find cartomisers which are just not working, what we believe may have happened is the wadding within the filter has slipped in the cartomizer and therefore not connecting with the atomizer. Generally giving this quite a hard or strong blow, this will allow the wadding to fall back to the bottom of the filter and connect to the atomizer.
