“I would have given a 5 star but when ordered I was told the order was in stock then got an email to say part of order was out of stock so had to order alternative. This delayed order a few days which was annoying.”

“I had a VIP purchased for me from Eliserberth Simmons of Hertfordshire, to encourage me to pack up smoking, however the charger was faulty so I purchased another due to the product being the first I have been able to use. Good product, other than the battery issue. Dean”

Unfortunately with the 30ml bottles this was beyond our control due to the TPD regulations which came into effect in May 2017, which made a number of changes to products which we are able to sell. “The cost of the fluids is too expensive for me- shame you don't still have the special multipacks! The vapers appear reasonably priced and these I will continue to purchase.”

“Very happy with quality of liquids, vaporiser and coil quality excellent for my needs, batteries have all been of consistent quality. Happy customer - I've no need to buy from anywhere else - after 3 years I remain very satisfied”

“I use strawberry velvet it's the only flavour IV found that I like usually buy it from the site but if I'm running low will go to the shop but often they have run out of it would like to try some of the new flavours but the shop doesn't have testers can't understand this cos people won't buy without a try think VIP should sort this out”
