“Had a few vapers before but always found they made me cough to the point i couldnt use it. The vip vaper is fantastic and no coughing which is brilliant. The menthol is really nice”

“The back up, re-ordering and delivery times are excellent, but the product quality has declined somewhat. About one in five of the last set of re-fills we ordered do not work, i.e. they do not draw properly or not at all. This is much too high a failure rate.”

“I have been using VIP since Aug 2011 , have tried a few others over the years but my mainstay is VIP as it works perfectly for me .I am a tobacco flavour vaper as I changed to vaping for heath reasons and the transition was instant as they are so good. So if you want quality get VIP .”

“"I have been using vip vanilla and strawberry cartomisers for 12 months and was initially very happy with the products. They went out of stock for about 2 months which was distressing. I have since ordered 2 batches of vanilla and they are sub standard. Many of the refills are duds and do not work- no pop initially and no smoke. When they do work they run out ridiculously quickly- I now use 4 a day when 1 used to last me over a day. The strawberry have never come back into stock and were removed from the site recently, despite customer services telling me several times they would be back in stock in a couple of weeks 3 months ago. You need to change your supplier"”
