“Good product, battery and inhalation are as advertised. No complaints other than 2 minor niggles: The charger is on the bottom of battery so you can’t stand it upright when charging The liquid is a bit fiddly to put it All in all though very pleased”

“British Gold tobacco flavour has enabled me to quit smoking for the last two and a half years. I have cut down from 16 to .3 and only wish tobacco flavour could be 0 nicotine. Happy with service and delivery. Thanks”

“Although ordering and delivery are normally very good I have had problems recently with new batteries not holding a charge. I have experienced this occasionally in the past but have had two in the last week. Has anyone else had problems?”

“good quality product very quick delivery but unfortunately got my order wrong this time which is very unusual ordered 2 different flavors and received all the same of a particular flavour has not put me off shopping but would not tolerate error a second time.”

“Excellent customer service - with every company, sometimes things go wrong, its how the company responds to this which makes them a good company or not. I had a minor problem with an order - the issue was resolved within 24 hours and I was very generously compensated. “I was recommended to use VIP via a friend when I gave up smoking and I have to say it’s the best decision I ever made , I have tried other ones before but only once and never again , vip is a brilliant service , easy to use , I love the Vapes and liquids the quality of there products are the BEST !!! They run a loyalty scheme so I just got a great discount with my points , if ever I need help or advice the customer service team are brilliant I would never go anywhere else , I highly recommend VIP !!!
