“phone service not good- still waiting for call back from VIP re cancelled order I was charged for. cartomisers not so good now they are lower strength and you've raised prices and discontinued the blue tipped and black batteries”

“Very happy with quality of liquids, vaporiser and coil quality excellent for my needs, batteries have all been of consistent quality. Happy customer - I've no need to buy from anywhere else - after 3 years I remain very satisfied”

“I have stated that the service is poor because I normally order strawberry flavour refills, but as you have stated for the last three orders they are out of stock, and quite frankly I don't believe that for a minute, I think your just getting rid of old stock that nobody wants, now the cherry are "as you say" out of stock so perhaps if things don't get back to normal soon I will be looking for another supplier.”

Hello Hope, Unfortunately due to the new TPD regulations which came into effect in May 2017, there are many changes in regards to what we are able to sell moving forward. “I use strawberry velvet it's the only flavour IV found that I like usually buy it from the site but if I'm running low will go to the shop but often they have run out of it would like to try some of the new flavours but the shop doesn't have testers can't understand this cos people won't buy without a try think VIP should sort this out”

“Products are good but recent dealings with customer service very very poor. Difficult to get hold of, anyone and someone tried to call me twice apparently but left no message so I was unaware. Issue was unresolved and dealt With very badly. As a long term, regular and large spending customer, I was very disappointed. Only remained a customer due to quality of products.”

“The flavour is second to none. The only negative is I'm not happy that you have increased the minimum spend to £40 for free p&p. Still, much quicker delivery than your competitors.”

“Paid for order but something went wrong on there end and they cancelled the order but kept my money it was only when I checked my credit balance that I noticed it and I had to chase them up for my order plus a kit I bought in January one battery is dead and the other is almost gone too substandard product I will not order again.”

“I made a order on 10/08/2017 and pd postage because it was under £40. 00 but I have still not received it. I have been with your Company for a several years and now that your policy has changed that we have to purchase £40.00 worth of good before we get next day delivery is not encouraging me to buy from you. Further more I was not told at the time of placing my order that it would take so long. Not a happy customer. It is now the 16th and still had no word when my order will be here.”
