“Been a loyal VIP customer for over 5 years, good quality & efficient delivery. The cartomizers don't last as long as they used to but the strength went lower, so that is probably why. They regularly have good offers as well.”

“Ordering by phone I am always greeted by pleasant and friendly knowledgeable staff I have been a regular customer for a few years and deliveries are quickly and accurately dispatched The products are of very good quality and the liquids are the best I have found”

“On the whole I am happy with products. I am still however waiting for VAPTIO to come back into stock. Been waiting a while now. I am not knowledgeable about the different products and when trying to find new devices do not understand what and why each one is different. I would welcome an idiots guide. Thank you”
