Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.

My wife and I booked a Bateaux London evening dinner cruise for two for the 12 /09/18. We had chosen the Symphony vessel, and on arrival was extremly dissapointed to be told that this boat was not available. We feel we should have been told of this in advance because we specifically wanted that vessel. This spoilt our enjoyment of this experience.

I recently bought the bungee jump from Virgin Experience Days. From the moment I approached the location to where all the staff were, the atmosphere and reception that they created put me at ease straight away, everybody was smiling and very polite even though the weather was miserable. They informed us of the process, what we had to do and was very detailed. The absolute biggest thing for me living with acrophobia was the incredible support given by the gentleman that was in the crane with me, his support and belief that he had given me was out of this world. He never gave up on me even though I had thoughts of bailing out 3 times! I also set the record of taking the longest to jump with a total time of 17 minutes and an audience that formed watching from the ground to see if I was going to jump or not and with all that, he still never gave up and stuck with me throughout. A personal turning point in my life and would 1000% recommend for anyone who wants to push their comfort zone boundaries and realise that it can be done! Money well spent on doing something that was completely different and for me personally, out of this world! What better way to do it then with exceptional supporting staff that are with you throughout and leaving you with a massive smile of accomplishment on your face afterwards :D

Train driving instructor was excellent and can't fault him. And driving the train itself was fabulous however day itself was extremely unorganised. And very over priced for what it was. Would not recommended paying the amount it costs for this. This was bought as a gift for my dad and appreciate that he enjoyed the train driving itself but the whole day should have left him on a high, not just the drive. He would have loved to have dined in the Pullman and I feel that for the cost this should have been included, would have been happy to pay extra for this as a guest.

Hi Hayley, thank you for your review. On this experience, we do not advise of where you will be dining and we can only sincerely apologise for any disappointment caused by not being able to dine in the Pullman. However, we are happy to hear that the rest of the experience was enjoyed.

To short 3 and a half laps absolute joke Would not of bothered would of rather payed another £300 and hired one for a day

It is very easy to swop experiences which is good.The help desk was very helpful when I was running out of time. I think they should give 1 year though rather than 9 months.

Amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone. Easy booking. Very organised event makes it even better. Discount rates on extra drives on the day. My husband loved this birthday gift!

Harrods cream tea. Lovely setting, in the Georgian Restaurant on the fourth floor. We had freshly baked scones and tea. Perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon.

Fawltless experience at Fawlty Towers ! We really enjoyed the evening - good food and wonderful characters - all enjoyed by an audience who all entered into the experience of the event !

A day to remember for a lifelong fan.a well thought out experience and attention to detail just made my day perfect. We were well looked after by tour guides and I would recommend this Liverpool experience tour with 3 course meal and meeting the legends a must for any avid fan .

Pleasant experience from the booking of the tickets to the shard visit and worth the affordable price. Breath taking sights, lovely staff and would recommend to everyone and would visit again!
