Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. By teaming up, we are able to challenge the way every experience is provided and offer once-in-a-lifetime gifts backed up by friendly service staff with first-hand knowledge.

“Hard Rock Cafe in Oxford Street. Lovely meal plenty of it. Atmosphere and background music was great memorabilia unbelievable. Service was top notch very friendly staff. Well organised definitely recommend it.”

“Vegan and gluten free chocolate treats - pleased with my gift which arrived quickly and was both well packed and very nicely presented. Just a shame that the white chocolate and cranberry cookies were substituted with a second pack of cinnamon and raisin - not a problem though as they are nice too. I did think there was supposed to be a bottle of winter spice? Perhaps they ran out. I’m still pleased with the gift though. Thank you.”

“I bought an Experience Voucher for an upcoming birthday present and made a mistake on the writing of the gift card so I contacted Virgin and Joely one of their customer service advisors got back to me by email and was very helpful and helped me rectify this problem by arranging a replacement. Joely was brilliant, very efficient and even though it took her 2 attempts to get this matter sorted she did not give up and made sure that the correct wording was written and I was very grateful for her perseverance and help.”

“I was given a Gift Certificate for XMAS - then we were busy moving to the UK and then covid happened. The business went out of business. We were so worried we lost the Money paid for the experience we didn't get. Then Virgin made it very easy to exchange the tkt for another experience and we went yesterday. Highly recommend using because we had a fantastic day! thanks Virgin ED for making it so easy to have a fun outing.”

“Amazing views and beautiful tasty food dining at Fortnum and Mason after a sunset view from the shard! For maximum impact make sure to book the view from the shard around sunset (google sunset times) and enjoy the cosy lamp lit scene at the restarting by going after dark. To be a little “extra” book a Uber Lux from the shard/hotel to your dining experience! The partner will love it! Staff are very welcoming and attentive a seamless night out in London’s capital city!”
