Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. “I had an amazing afternoon with 4 super cars. The staff and instructors were friendly and gave me clear instructions on the day. The two best supercars for me on the day were Lamborghini Gallardo and Nissan GTR. Both cars were extremely fast and handled well in the wet. The instructors gave me tips on how to get the best out of the cars and commented on my driving style. Plus none of the cars were restricted so you could unleash the power and push them to the limit. I also drove Ferrari Modena and Aston Martin DB9 which were good fun but different as they were both rear wheel drive. Overall, it was a really good expierence and well organised on the day. I also went on a hot lap with an instructor which was exciting and he pushed the Mitsubishi Evo to the limit.”

“I recently ordered a gift voucher as a present for family members. The voucher didn't come in the time frame I had paid for. So after contacting customer services I had an apology and another voucher posted out to me which I did receive in the time frame given. Thank you virgin for swift action in resolving the situation.”

“It was very relaxing, staff were super friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and not crowded at all. Our treatments were booked separately but on the day they managed to get them together so it left us more time to chat afterwards.”

“Despite the weather being typically British, armed with umbrellas, we both had a fantastic day at Kew Gardens, such a beautiful relaxing place. Was sad to find the Temperate Greenhouse and Pagoda under repair but despite this a full day was had with many things to look at when we plan to return next Spring when the aforementioned is reopened. Loved it.”

“The most fantastic spa day with my friend at the Oxfordshire. All the girls were welcoming and accommodating. Really good day. Treatments were really really good and the food was also really scrummy. Will be rebooking again very soon.”

“I’d never been to a musical in theWest End. It was great so we’ll be going again. Forget the fact that this is not brand new and embrace the reality that this is quality entertainment, memorable songs, slick dance routines, a feel good story and considering this is live entertainment it was over two hours of good value. I’m driving my partner mad with my whistling renditions of the show’s songs!”

“We really enjoyed the Vintage Afternoon Tea Bus Tour. The route took in many interesting London sights and the inside of the bus is comfortable and attractive. The afternoon tea was delicious and the staff were welcoming and friendly.”
