Spoke with Becky yesterday and she was very helpful, I was told I would get a full refund for our trip to Barbados which unfortunately has been cancelled due to covid 19. Hopefully all staff will keep their jobs and things will get back to some sort of normality,looking forward to flying with you again in the future.

Went on The Taste of China tour. The tour was excellent and most hotels good. Only issue for me was that the tips should be charged upfront. Either by Virgin or by the tour guide on arrival. Its not fair to have to worry about tipping different drivers and guides when your up at 5am in the morning to leave to a different location. Get it out of the way and let us enjoy our holiday.

I have just returned from the "Southern explorer" tour. 14 of the 15 days of the holiday were exceptionally well organised and I would recommend it to anybody unless like me you have mobility issues as there is a fair amount of walking involved The only day that disappointed was day1 . We were supposed to be met at JFK by a transfer vehicle and transported to our Manhatten hotel . We landed around 1500 hrs. When we went to arrivals and looked for somebody brandishing a board with our information on , there was nothing . We waited for NINETY minutes , we even made up a card with our names , virgin and ATI on it to attract attention . At 1630 hrs we decided to phone the help line number we had in our documents , every time we called we were given the usual " press one, press two " routine . To speak to a person we had to press four , but every time we pressed four the line went dead Eventually we decided to take a taxi which cost us $85 plus a $15 dollar tip . We complained to the ATI rep at the hotel who handled the situation very well and the next day refunded our $100 . The company who were supposed to meet us alleged that they had 3 drivers waiting at the terminal. THIS IS UNTRUE . An excellent tour was almost ruined but thanks to the professionalism of the ATI staff the rest of our tour was faultless

I have booked holidays on Virgin Holidays website for three years now and am always satisfied with the ease of the website. The only improvement that could be made is a filter added so that you can search by All inclusive, Self catering etc. I find the functionality of the site faultless and have accessed it both on desktop and mobile.

went on a virgin fly drive holiday many years ago and was impressed with the service and experience, so now, more years later than I care to mention, I'm using virgin once again to take my 2 boys for what I hope will be a holiday to remember. website was clear and easy to use, a couple of hick ups in missing the obligatory T+C's but didn't distract to much from the experience.

Every time i go to USA i go with virgin holidays. Iv been 7 times and always found virgin not only great value but also a first class airline, its a no brainer really . Thankyou virgin. Ac.

Found the website simpler to use than other travel sites. I have never booked a holiday online before so it was a bewildering experience for me. There was plenty of variety of hotels and trip adviser reviews attached to hotels helped make a decision. plenty of activities to pre book at competitive prices. overall the experience was very good however i did find it a bit complicated to change the return flights as the interface only seems geared to outgoing flights. there was also quite little variation in outgoing flight times. the only thing that did bother me was the very short "timed out" on searches. it has given me the confidence to book online again and would use the site again

The only reason I didn't give an Excellent review was the extortionate flight upgrade price. Other than that site very easy to use and to add extras.

Virgin holidays was the best of numerous websites i looked on for our holiday. price we paid was the same the whole way through unlike rivals .Refreshing using the site

We have flown a few times with virgin and have never had a reason or cause to complain, crew have always been polite and friendly, even in Economy class, we flew with BA in February this year, but we felt forgotten, there was no interaction from the crew, so returned to fly with Virgin again.
