“Fantastic company!! The juicers they sell and the service they offer. I bought my first juicer from them in 2006, the Oscar 900. It served me faultlessly until a short while ago when it just died. I spoke with Tracy and she told me to send it in and they would look at it and hopefully fix it. I explained I juice every day so please deal with it as quickly as possible. Two days later she advised me that they could not fix it and that they would replace it or if I wanted to upgrade to another they would make an allowance on the cost. Hows that, no quibbling, the best service anyone could ask for. I chose the Oscar Neo and I'm thrilled with it. Teach was exceptionally helpful. Her knowledge of the products and speed of response is faultless. Thank you so much. Amanda L. South Devon, UK.”

“The engine of our slow juicer, which we bought through a reseller that by now had gone bankrupt, broke down. Even though we did not buy through Vitality 4 Life, at the time we bought it they were importing our brand. Because we had nowhere else to turn they were willing to see if they could fix the problem. After sending it over they quickly concluded that indeed the engine was faulty and came to me with a very generous solution. They replaced it with another brand slow juicer. All the way through this process customer service was very friendly and quick to respond to my every question. I'm therefor very happy with Vitality 4 Life and will not hesitate to order my next juicer from them.”
