“Vitamin Grocer AU is a deceptive name. You’re not Australian and not based in Australia. Having to wait weeks for my order to be shipped from the US was annoying and the delay wasn’t apparent until the order was placed. I won’t be buying from you again.”

“My shopping experience with Vitamin Grocer AU was great and when I enquired re delivery the person I spoke to was very helpful and my order arrived within the next couple of days it seems that most deliveries are taking a little longer these days as I have had to wait longer for parcels from elsewhere as well. Nothing to do with Vitamin Grocer more to due to Covid I think and the backlog in NZPost”
