“Before I purchased from Vitamin Grocer, I could not get to sleep many nights, tossing and turning. I then found out about Melatonin from a friend, who directed me online to Vitamin Grocer AU. My friend gave me a few of her Melatonin (10mg) to see if they would work for me. - they were amazing - was asleep in no time after taking Melatonin. They are not a drug.
