My friend gave me a few of her Melatonin (10mg) to see if they would work for me. - they were amazing - was asleep in no time after taking Melatonin. They are not a drug. Since then I have placed orders with Vitamin Grocer AU and I take a Melatonin every night- and I fall asleep in no time.
