“I had an issue with having to pay taxes on delivery and wrote to the customer services about this.After waiting one working day for a reply and not receiving one I left a negative review here expressing my disappointment.However I have since received a very helpful reply as to how I can avoid paying the additional charges.I have now discovered thay they do state in their shipping policy that they are not responsible for taxes levied by the destination country. Customer services have never the less offered to resend the order once my rejected one is received back at their end to avoid paying the custom duties. Since there has been oversight from my side and much goodwill provided by customer services I have decided to pay the duties and cut my loses.”

“I ordered from the UK and before my goods could be delivered I had to pay a considerable amount of tax making my purchase most uneconomical.Had this fact been made clear at checkout(and not hidden somewhere under Frequently asked questions) I would not have placed an order in the first place but brought from a cheaper conpetitor company who makes it clear at checkout that taxes are not included in the price.I sent an email to customer services raising my concerns and got no reply.Not a happy shopping experience!”
