“Utterly the worst service I have ever experienced. Sent me the wrong items and will not even talk to me about it. No help through email so I called customer service and after saying I had an issue and gave them my order number I was put on hold and totally ghosted and now will not answer my calls. Do not believe any of the fake friendly reply's they make to the terrible feedback they receive. They do not deserve even 1 star.”

Hello Jason, Thank you for your message. Per previous email and phone calls, you ordered floorplates for a Beretta magazine and that is what you correctly received. “This was my 1st experience with Vizards. Excellent communicators. I thought I'd included my FFL info, but like another reviewer mentioned, their website wasn't clear on the process. They wasted no time clearing it up. Very quick to get back to me each step of the way. Good turn around time on shipping. I give them 4.5 stars though it shows as 5 stars. Regardless, I will not hesitate to buy from them again.”

“order was promptly processed at a good price. only negative is there should be more clarity on how to place an order for a firearm and set up an FFL connection for the transaction. ok for someone who's done it before, but a bit vague for a first time buyer”

“I ordered a gun on aug 5th. Your website said it was in stock. After I paid for it. It showed out of stock. I understand your site says guns take up to 10 days to deliver. I called back after 12 business days and they are telling me it’s gonna take another 2 weeks that it is coming from the manufacture. My problem is if your showing a gun in stock n out of stock when you take my money. It shouldn’t be coming from manufacture. That to me is false advertisement. I have bought a lot of guns and in stock means y’all have it on hand.”

“I just purchased a Remington 700 BDL in a 6mm Remington caliber. I was surprised to find out that the loaded Ammunition was so outrageous in cost! I do reload and found brass on the internet at the highest cost was $73.00 and The lowest price was $37.00. Vizards was the lowest and the website was easy to use and my 250 peices of Hornaday 6mm Remington brass showed at my house in a short time. Happy Shooting Sincerely, Rockriver Retrievers”

“Ordered several items from them and only received 1. Tried to contact them for 2 days and they wouldn't answer the phone, chat, or message. Finally on the 3rd day someone answered chat and told me that part of the order had been damaged. So without contacting me to see if I wanted the rest of the order they sent the cheapest part of the order and charged me almost as much shipping as the product. Their customer service is terrible and will not do business with them again I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!”

“I purchased 5 boxes of .22 cal ammo, but only 4 were shipped. I emailed and left a message waited a week and no response. I called again and spoke to a person who said to send a email with pictures, it’s been 3 days and still no response.”
