“Made a purchase in error, called to cancel within minutes. Was directed to the on-line portal, where I couldn’t cancel. Upon calling back (20 minutes later) I was told the item already shipped.”

“I ordered 2 boxes of cartridges. They have never arrived. I was told the cartridges were delivered and left in the garage. I have no garage. I was told a trace was put on the FedEx delivery and I would be contacted. I have never been contacted. I was also told that, in the future, it would be my responsibility to follow up with FedEx. In other words, Vizards would not help. I have emailed and asked about the status after waiting over a week since told I would be contacted, and I have not yet had any response.”

“Ordered a gun that was listed as in stock ready to ship. Waited two weeks, no notification of shipment, but credit card charged. Sent message asking for status. No response. Waited another two weeks, sent second message asking for status. No response. Contacted credit card company and they had the charge removed. Only then receive an email from Vizards stating they will handle the dispute. Then they recharge 15% w/o authorization and convince the credit card co that it's a valid charge. Vizard's Guns and Ammo is a scam selling merchandise that they don't have then charging a "return" fee for items they never intended to ship. Avoid. Heed the other negative reviews and consumer protection complaints.”

“Not sure why they even need reviews at this point but they emailed me so here it is…. Every order I have placed has arrived within a few days…. It’s been on point for price and supply apart from a brief period a year ago when supplies were depleted worldwide. “Customer service is horrendous and then they they sold a pistol I had paid for to someone else & then blamed Ruger for sending the wrong pistol. Plus they canceled the order and told me after the fact”

“Absolutely horrible customer service!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They took forever to contact regarding a return, when I finally got to talk to someone they were obnoxious. They will not accept returns…WHAT??? Use a company that actually cares about customer service, not these a holes.”

“Falsely advertises cheap prices on Ammo in limited quantities and says it is in stock to draw you in. You then buy the Ammo and add other items to your cart in order to make the flat rate shipping price worth it. They will without notice alter your order and ship the more expensive items and you get less items for higher cost. Customer support is trained to just keep saying sorry no refunds , no returns! I just want what I ordered for the price I asked when I bought it or else take back everything and give me my money back. For their mistake I’m paying more per round (Ammo) and they act like their is nothing they can do. What you can do is make it right ! I’m not asking for extras , just what you agreed you had in stock when I made my purchase !”
