“Just giving an honest review of "VizardsGunsAndAmmo.com" because that's what they asked for. As far as my experience with the website, it was only negative, I suppose. Ordered 3 magazines for my Springfield, paid, got excited, and began the process of patiently awaiting for a package in the mail. A short time after placing my order, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled, and payment refunded, as they were out of stock on the item I had ordered. The website said they were in stock. Not the end of the world, just a disappointment and inconvenience. I bought my first AR from Vizards online, years ago, and it was a wonderful experience. Don't mean to bash ya'll by any means, but you asked for a review of my recent experience.”

“I paced an order and got immediate confirmation then within an hour or so I got notice of my order having been canceled. with no explanation why. I assume the product I ordered was either out of stock or backordered but why wouldn't they just accept the order and ship when the product was restocked? My first and last time doing business with Vizards.”

“You have no time to answer emails about tracking info cause that will slow the shipping process but you have time to put out new detailed adds so people can buy more. That makes no sense. Hopefully my order will ship soon and we can finish this transaction.”

“While I understand the current dilemma of high demand on ammo, my order was cancelled without any notification. I had to log in and view my order to see that it was cancelled. I called and left a message and after 3 days I still have not received any type of communication.”

“You guys had the best prices for 45-70 Govt ammo on the net. You get a VG Star for that! You just get a Good Star for everything else. I wanted to purchase two additional boxes and sent two emails (still unanswered) and left a message on your voice mail with CS. Still no call back. So, you need to work on that!”

“After ordering ammunition and getting a confirmation of the order, my order was cancelled. My attorney thinks this is a sham operation and that the company is just trying to get credit card information. He has sent the information to the attorney general of the state”

“Very satisfied with My purchase!! I bought ammunition with Vizards for the first time and just kinda found them online looking for the best deals, and sure enough they were one of the first to come up when looking for the best deals ,also a big plus was their accuracy on the inventory they stock, I've had issues before were I've placed an order and day's later recieve a email stating that they are out of stock ,Highly Recommend them!, pretty quick self explanatory account registration to sign up ,and fast Process ,placed the order 3 day's ago and received it at my door step today !!!well packaged , they earned a My Business,”

“I will NEVER buy anything from this company again!! I ordered ammo, after reviewing I realized I had ordered the wrong caliber. I tried countless times the next two days to call and cancel, I even sent two messages as directed on their website. On the 4th day I finally reached someone, she told me she would cancel the order, I received an email that night that the order was just shipped. They took the money out of my account, and now I have ammo that I cannot use. Totally shady company in my opinion. They may have got me for $45, but if they need the money that bad. Hopefully this will steer someone else from having the same thing happen. I own a business myself, and I would NEVER treat customers in such a manner!!”

“I mistakenly ordered the wrong caliber while trying to order 9mm rounds on March 16, 2020, I immediately noticed the mistake and called the following day at 10:04 am to cancel, I chatted with an agent (Vanessa) but the chat disconnected when I asked that the order be canceled, I also left a message , I got a response at 10:34 am that a request will be submitted and another one at 2:04 pm starting that the order was already shipped, i received an email on March 18 stating that the item were shipped on that day, I then received another email on the 19th stating that items may take an extra 7 days to be shipped because if the Corona virus. I’m very disappointed.”

“Ordered a firearm that had 12 in stock when the order was placed and now 3 weeks later still hasn’t shipped, gun is out of stock with no date when they’ll be back in stock. No email or message to let me know, nothing, just them shrugging their shoulders.”
