“It took three weeks to receive the gun I purchased from Vizards and they took the money from the order date, not the date it was shipped. They also stated that no orders can be refunded, which is not true. Don't purchase anything from this company.”

“The 10 gauge shells were shipped in an acceptable time. I was a little disappointed in the shells. The box showed wear and the brass was tarnished. The ammo looked as if stored for a long period and maybe old.”

“Came across an ad for a udp 9, a gun I had been looking for and at a good price. it was the camo version, but since there was only a couple left I decided to order it and did. Looking further I found the same gun in black which is what I originally wanted and for the same price. please keep in mind this order was just placed. I called to ask if the order could be changed to the black one and was told by 2 different ladies that the only way this could be done was if I was willing to pay a 15% restocking fee. Keep in mind the ffl has not been verified, the credit card has not been charged and the gun has not been pulled from the warehouse. the order was just placed.By the way a 15% fee of 1299.00 is $194.85. For just pushing the backspace and entering in a new sku number....That is not customer service... I would understand if the the order was being readied for shipment, I would even understand adding a day or 2 to the shipping process, I do not understand why it could not be changed when the order is in the infancy phase. to me this is not customer service, I guess the customer service ends once the credit card info is giving. I order several guns per year, I doubt I will ever be buying something from your company again, not because of the prices but because how your actions define you customer service.”

“Do not buy anything from Vizards, this company works as well as everything goes smooth and you do not complain about something, I did buy several guns from them, but at the third one, it was a Colt 1911 brand-new gun, when I went to the FFL dealer here in Miami to pick it up, before I complete the transfer I inspected the gun and found some issues with the slide stop, it looks like the machining of the slide was not done properly, so I contacted Vizards explaining them what was happening and they do not want to get the firearm back telling me to contact Colt to get fix it from my side. In other words they do not want to take responsability on what they sell. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.!!!!”
