Took my money and I never received my ammo won't answer the phone or respond to emails do not use this company look at the BBB reviews same thing happens to everyone

We are working diligently to correct the issue with the stock errors on these high demand products during this Covid Pandemic. 2 weeks after the order of ammo, I chatted to see where they were. Was told they were damaged in the warehouse. Really? I was never contacted or automatically refunded. I had to initiate. Finally credited. Will never use them again

Ordered three boxes of ammo only received two .customer service is not a priority.They got me for the price of one box of ammo but I would never buy anything from them .

I ordered my S&W M&P40 M2 SHIELD with Laser from VizardGunsandAmmo on July 9, waited 5 days for order from warehouse to be shipped, as it said in the note. Then, I was notified with UPS tracking code, which really did not update. Sent email to Vizard, got response quickly, that is send via FedEx. That worked, package was delivered to FFL on July 20. I am happy with this purchase from Vizard, and wanted to share with you my experience.

My experience with Vizards could not have been more positive. I called in, spoke with someone right away and all of my questions were answered. Once my order was placed it shipped within a day and I had tracking information sent to me. What more could I ask for? I will definately recommend this place to anyone

1..placed order for Remington loading supplies...2..they charged my card and got paid.3...many days later they sent me an email saying that my order was canceled because they can't ship hazardous materials..4....took there sweet time giving me my money back..5...I placed the same exact order with midway and got free shipping and received my order in a couple days..6... received my order from midway still waiting for my refund from these idiots...7... I order alot of stuff online and can't be bothered by idiots like this

Hello Helen, As stated on our website, we do not ship hazardous items. The order was refunded. Merchants take up to 3-5 business days to reflect credits. You were credited over 3 months ago. If you need assistance then contact us to discuss with your bank. Have a nice day.

Good pricing and good selection. My only comment was that the shipment was split and i wasn't aware of this, so I got half my shipment and it showed it as fulfilled online. 2 days later got the other box in.

I ordered 12 boxes of shotgun shells. 2 packages were sent, one had 2 boxes in it. I received that. The other? With 10 boxes in it (why was it split up?) got damaged in shipment- never received it. You tell me that I must wait until FedEx takes their sweet time getting back to you about MY shipment that I PAID for that YOU won't REPLACE until the "shipper gets back to you". YOUR customer service SUCKS!!!! Will NEVER order again from you!!! I should have had my product replaced and YOU wait on FedEx!!!!

Hello Patrick, Thank you for your feedback. Your order was for 12 boxes. They are sold by the case which is 10 boxes per case. It would have to ship in 2 packages. The Fedex trace was submitted which is a 10 day period for Fedex to locate the package. The fedex claim was already processed and you were refunded 3 months ago.
