“I found this company to be excellent. Their prices were competitive with other online suppliers. Fortunatel i didn't feel that their shipping costs were unrealistic or out of line with other online companies. I would certainly purchase from them again in the future.”

“Service was good on what I have ordered. I find your "subject" on emails to be misleading as the content of your ads remains poorly organized and displayed, and your content and prices (which are higher than the internet average) have no correlation to the subject statement (ie blowout, drastic reductions). The latest subject claimed "NYE GUNS & AMMO DISCOUNTED!" but the offerings were the same merchandise with the same prices as the day before. I will continue to shop your emails for items you offer that no one else offers, not for price or value.”

“I will never buy anything from your company ever again, I purchased a muzzleloader form you online and was charged shipping which is fine because your customer service said that a muzzleloader was not considered a firearm then a few days later I get an email saying that the muzzleloader has to be shipped to an ffl dealer because that brand was considered a firearm but my shipping would not b refunded even though your policy free shipping on all firearms then after contacting customer service and being told the gun would ship out on wed. then thurs. then fri. it finally shipped out on sat, and I still had to call to get a tracking number, as I stated at the start I will never use your company again and will tell everyone else to stay away also.”

Hello David, Thank you for your review. Most muzzleloaders are serialized and will need to be shipped to 01 ffl dealer for your background check. We emailed on 12/13 for the ffl license. Once, we received it, we shipped it to the receiving ffl dealer. The tracking data is automatically emailed and it is also available in your account when you login. “Every order for ammo I've placed with vizards has shipped the next day or Monday if purchase was over the weekend and it always shows up before the weekend and that means a lot if you can't get it to me this fast I won't buy from you again thanks vizards you rock”

“Was required to send a copy of my license to purchase ammo, in any free state this not required. On top of that, even after verify my address twice, the ammo was sent to an incorrect address. My suggestion, spend more time worrying about the correct shipping address, and less time trying to collecting license information.”
