“Fake ecommerce website, I paid an order for MI smart speakers and nothing happened even after chasing for more than 50 times and they continuously say that it will take 24 hours to revert.. no phone number no nothing to speak to them.. It's a fraud..”

Ordered 10 units of a headphone. No information about expected delivery date. When called, asked to call another number. The guy there told me that I can come pick it up he will send me the location. Location never received, the guy never texted on whatsapp.
Came the day of delivery (That they said will be dispatched on), no information. No emails.
Customer care is always busy. Always. Finally got connected and the untrained customer agents told me the order will be dispatched next week. And finally asked to cancelled the order. Imagine, the seller asked to cancell the order.
Really bad experience.”
“Company has not delivered the water pressure pump that was ordered. It does not respond to calls or WhatsApp messages. On emails it states it is looking into the matter but hasn’t done so - it’s now 13 days. Will not call
Back to advise status or refund the money either.”
