“Subject: My Frustrating Experience with Vlebazaar – Please Read Before Ordering
Dear all,
I just wanted to share my recent and frustrating experience with Vlebazaar.in, so others can be cautious.
I placed an order on 22nd May 2025, with a delivery estimate of 5–7 business days. After a week with no update, I contacted customer care. They assured me it would ship in 4 more days. I waited again—nothing.
Over the next 10 days, I tried calling 30 to 40 times. Most of the time, my calls were disconnected or ignored. I also emailed their support team, but received no real help there either—just vague responses and no action.
Eventually, I requested cancellation and a refund, which I kept following up for over a month. It was extremely frustrating.
Finally, about 10 days ago, the product was delivered—after nearly 1.5 months of delay, stress, and poor communication.
🔴 Why am I writing this?
To warn others. Please be careful when ordering from Vlebazaar. Their customer service and delivery timelines were highly unprofessional in my case. I'm even considering consulting my advocate and approaching the consumer court.

I ordered a product that they did not have in their inventory. And it never arrived. They refunded the amount after 4 months and that too in their own virtual wallet and not in the original payment method.”

“I placed an order on 27th May 2025, and the company kept falsely assuring me every day that the product would be delivered “today” or “tomorrow.” Finally, on 6th June, they said the product is out of stock and cancelled the order, promising a refund in 5–7 working days.
It’s now 18th June, and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I contact customer care, I get a different excuse – "wait 2 days", "wait 5 days". Just fake promises, no real support. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.”
