“Please be aware that the Florence French-inspired armchair is a rustic version rather than an elegant one. We bought two for our drawing room but they just weren't elegant enough so we put one in an attic bedroom where it looks lovely. The woodwork is rough and we have had to put some light sandpaper over it. The upholstery is more like a light canvas than fine upholstery. The filling is not at all like the wonderful Voyages cushions but does recover after sitting on it.
Having said all this, in the right place like a cottage or a barn or an attic bedroom they are great. Also they are really quite large so do measure carefully!”

“Cannot comment on my chosen wallpaper as yet because my decorator is busy with other jobs. However, I would say the cardboard tube containing the wallpaper was open on arrival at one end as the plastic stopper was not the right size for the tube and was hanging off. I let you know at the time and received a satisfactory reply but will certainly get back to you should the wallpaper be damaged when opened by my decorator.”
“I ordered two light fittings in one of your clearance sales, apparently, there were only 5 in stock. I subsequently ordered two cushions which arrived within a few days and I was delighted with them. However, the light fittings never arrived. I queried this and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for my light fittings to be delivered because they were "in production", strange given you had 5 in stock when I placed my order. 3 weeks went by, still no light fittings, I queried again, to be told you were moving distribution centres, and my order could take up to 4 weeks. 4 weeks went by, and by this time it was urgent as I was about to go on holiday. I asked if you could be specific about the delivery date , to which you said you couldn't, it could be anything between 1 and 4 weeks. So I have reluctantly had to cancel my order, as I cannot risk it arriving whilst I am away.I am so disappointed.”
