“I saw your offer of 3 for 2 cushions and was hoping to be able to purchase cushions in the sale to match the Heather Moors blinds I purchased from you, Unfortunately Heather Moors cushions were not in the sale and although I rang Customer Service they could not advise when they were likely to be available. I purchased alternative cushions in a similar colour pallet I would still be interested to know when Heather Moors cushions might be available in the sale as Customer Service were not aware when this might be.”

“Product itself (chair) is good but the delivery from another company should have your company's name attached somewhere otherwise with so many scams around I,at first, disregarded their contact and had to check out with yourselves whether the company was valid or not”

“Please be aware that the Florence French-inspired armchair is a rustic version rather than an elegant one. We bought two for our drawing room but they just weren't elegant enough so we put one in an attic bedroom where it looks lovely. The woodwork is rough and we have had to put some light sandpaper over it. The upholstery is more like a light canvas than fine upholstery. The filling is not at all like the wonderful Voyages cushions but does recover after sitting on it. Having said all this, in the right place like a cottage or a barn or an attic bedroom they are great. Also they are really quite large so do measure carefully!”

“Can't fault the quality of the curtains or customer service, just slightly disappointing that I had to keep contacting them to find out what was happening with my order (it was a few month late). Will use again and have recommended to friends.”

“The lamp and shade were beautiful and looked great. I ordered this in a sale so expected it to be delivered fairly soon. After waiting a couple of weeks, I phoned and was told the item had to be made and it was another 4 weeks before it arrived. Being informed at the order time would have helped”

“Disappointing. Pendant Lampshade is good quality alas it is only for a lamp base as the bracket doesn’t swing up to fit a pendant which is what I wanted. There is no description I could see to describe the bracket. Customer Service did not respond to my phone calls or email how to send it back so now stuck with it.”

“I ordered an Aratus floor lamp with peridot shade. Some parts of the stand had missed being lacquered however it is not too noticeable. The shade is gorgeous and the packaging was excellent. The lamp has been much admired by all. It was straightforward to assemble too! All in all I think it was worth the sale price and I am happy.”

“The lamps I ordered were in perfect condition and really beautiful, but just too tall and wide for my lounge side tables. Customer Service was very prompt to reply to email when I wished to return lamps.”

“Placed an order and received very prompt 'part delivery'. I had to contact by Email to trigger the final item. Was fine as I wasn't in desperate need, but detracted from what would have been an otherwise positive experience. The items appear very nice quality for a reduced purchase price.”

“Superb range. My lamps and cushions have really lifted a tired bedroom. Delivery was swift. I only gave it 4 stars because I think the packaging is excessive. My bed throw arrived in a massive box with lots of crumpled paper inside. However, the textiles and room accessories are fabulous and I’m very pleased with my purchases.”

“I am delighted with my fabrics from Voyage and the speed of delivery etc. I would love to be able to have a small sample beforehand to feel the weight and texture of the fabric to be sure it is suitable for my project. Or more info re gsm on website please 🙂🙂”
