I was sent the wrong shade. This took a long time to rectify and in the meantime the shade I wanted was out of stock. I don’t as sent a smaller version which arrived damaged and given a £1.00 refund. Eventually a third smaller shade arrived. I had to return two very large packages as no pick up was arranged. I was not compensated in any way for the many inconveniences these mistakes caused. Having ordered from the firm previously I have been surprised and extremely disappointed by all of this.

After a long delay, I received a lamp base and shade, the triangular piece on top of the legs was cracked all the way through on part of it. I offered If they replaced the item to transfer everything to the new one. They offered 20% discount to keep it which was ludicrous, it was worth a minimum 50% to get repaired. They made me send the complete base back, they paid the postage but nothing for the inconvenience. Company or product not recommended, this has been going on for 6-8 weeks

Item took a long time to come and had faulty wiring (lamp) when received. Very disappointed.

Beautiful looking online products but customer service and delivery a shambles. I ordered 2 table lamps with shades, one I returned due to unstable base so unfit for purpose, the other never turned up! Still don't what happened to it and all this took over 4 weeks of e-mails and telephone calls and waiting..... Very disappointing, will not make any more purchases.

If you'd asked me a few weeks ago, to review this company, it would have been 5 star glowing review. However, how things have changed. I have literally, spent hundreds of £'s with this company, over a short few months. Love their stuff. Sadly, when it comes to customer services, they let themselves down massively. A few weeks ago, i ordered 3 table lamps and shades. 2 arrived very quickly. 1 was missing. No note in box to say why it was missing, nothing. So i email them, to be told theres a hold up with third items. I will receive it in 2-3 weeks. Ok, fine, not a problem. Three weeks on, i get notification from courier, to say item on its way. Great ! Huge box arrives, which is very light and makes me question, if its empty. I open box to find lamp shade, but no lamp base hmmmm. Again no note to say why. I email them again and get told to wait another 24 hours, as items were sent in two seperate boxes. Ok, fine, great. I wait, nothing. I contact them again and this time im told " Just checked photo of delivery and the box is very large. Are you sure there was only a lamp shade in the box?" Thats where everything changed ! In my book, the lovely Lauren, is trying to say, " are you pulling a fast one" Since then and after many ignored emails, i get a phone call from them, apologising and saying item will be sent right away and they will give me full tracking details. That was 5 days ago. Not heard a dicky bird since. They completly ignore all communication. So what do i do next? Answers on a postcard ! I did like this company, i now hate them and will never buy from them again. Just to add, still waiting for refund, it was happening, then got delayed, then they ignored me. Ive now contacted consumer advice, and its looking like i need to contact my solicitor, to take things further. Watch this space ! Update......still waiting for refund, like getting blood from a stone, been well over 6 weeks, and they keep telling me refund on its way. Think is coming via a slow boat from China ! My solicitor is waiting for nod from me, to send them a letter. A road i didnt want to go down, but feel like ive no option .

I ordered a small footstool and was dismayed and disappointed upon opening it to find three of the legs chipped and scratched. Extremely surprised that this item was sent in such a poor condition.

Product never arrived and even at that it was over 7 weeks since I ordered. I did receive a full refund to compensate. Will not be using this service again.

You sent the wrong item. I ordered fabric and you sent an oil cloth. I am disgusted.

I was very disappointed after washing my Village fabric on a 30 - degree wash to find that the colours have faded substantially. I would have expected an expensive linen fabric to have been colour-fast.# Yours disappointedly

I have bought lots from you in the past and been very pleased but my last purchase of fabric is a real disappointment. It is nothing like the colour on your website and despite my contacting you and querying this, nothing can be done. So I am left with 15 metres of fabric which is not what I wanted or expected, and a very disappointed lady.

Dear Kathlyn, Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. I can see that you have spoken to one of my colleagues regarding this on the 3rd of March. This fabric was purchased as clearance fabric. We do issue a disclaimer on all clearance fabric which states the below. "Please note that colours may not match the product image exactly due to varying printing processes. The items in our Fabric Clearance Basket have not met our stringent colour quality standards or may have minor marks or slight imperfections. This is reflected in the pricing. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns" I hope this offers some clarity but if you would like to discuss this further, please call us on 0141 641 1700. My purchases were absolutely rubbish. Corroded and damaged. I wrote an email to you immediately my order arrived expressing my disappointment. I got no response. I paid £6 delivery for goods only suitable for the bin. Didn't feel I wanted to waste more money and my time returning items. So in the bin they went. Lesson learned and never again.

I have recently placed two orders for cushions. The first order was left in my neighbour's garden below the postbox. The second order was delivered to a housing estate two miles away. I only found out where it was when the householder put a photo of my full name and address on facebook. I then had to go and collect it. I e mailed Voyage customer service, got no reply, then e mailed again and was told the DPD driver was confused. What a pity. I loved the cusions and wanted to order more but I am afraid it will not arrive.

I love Voyage Maison products. However, their returns process and customer service are an absolute nightmare. They seriously need to review their returns process, and for refunds to be paid quicker. I also had to constantly chase up communication and replies. I thought the customer care staff were quite careless and very brief, verging on rude. I have never in 37 years had such a nightmare in returning items to a company. It was exhausting.
