“Cannot comment on my chosen wallpaper as yet because my decorator is busy with other jobs. However, I would say the cardboard tube containing the wallpaper was open on arrival at one end as the plastic stopper was not the right size for the tube and was hanging off. I let you know at the time and received a satisfactory reply but will certainly get back to you should the wallpaper be damaged when opened by my decorator.”
“I have had trouble with my order what I ordered on the website seemed to b different on arrival but in fairness it’s always sorted. I’ve been saving for a print for my wall and now I can’t find any wall art let alone the June I was saving g for.”
“The lamp was shown on a side table in advert?however the lamp is too big for a side table. The base was large and the shade was too large for the base. Cost me almost £14 to send shades back. (I ordered 2) I kept both bases.Yet to sort out suitable shades for them.”
“Not sure what happened, we tried to return the lampshade to you……and it was returned to us the following week. We are in the midst of a house renovation and will try to return again this week. Have bought Voyage from a local supplier, and love it.”
“Two out of three items were incorrect and no free gift received.
An email to customer service did see the correct items being delivered within a week (once I had sent a photo of the incorrect items) but I had to return the incorrect items by courier at my own cost (£12).
Can't fault the design and quality of the items (lampshades) but the company could do better in terms of fulfilling orders correctly in the first instance. Overall a mixed experience.”
“The product is great but the delivery and communication originally was poor. Almost 6 weeks waiting for the product and I had to chase them. There was no communication which if something is delayed, you expect as a customer. Once the product finally arrived, they had only sent half of it, so again, I had to contact them. As much as I like the product I won’t be ordering from them again.”
“Ordered a rupert bench, after 2 weeks I emailed to see where it was and was told it was being despatched that day. No explanation as to why they hadn't sent it and it was flat pack and needed assembly which wasn't expected. Not the usual customer service.”

“I purchased Agri lamp base in teal, but when I received it, it was more like green, it was not the same colour as my teal Inopia base. So I was a disappointed with the colour.”
“I was very impressed with the speed of my delivery. Unfortunately the lamps were too big for my bedside tables so I had to return them. I enquired as to whether I could just keep the shades but was told I needed to return everything. It cost me nearly £15 to return the lamps and over 2 weeks layer I hadn't received the refund eventhough my items had been received back at the warehouse. I have to say I'm disappointed with the return process and eventhough I would like to reorder the lampshades I will not be doing so incase I may need to return them”

“The products are beautiful and of high quality so deserve a 5 rating. However, I have previously placed an order and after weeks of it not arriving, I cancelled the order (normally delivery is very quick). The big disappointment is the delay in receiving a refund which is why I've marked it down overall and would give this aspect of their customer service a 1.”
“Voyage services and products purchased were very good, problems come with the cost of delivery. £80 for a sofa to be delivered seems excessive in this day and age. Also unable to choose a day or time despite having paid this vast amount and was not next day delivery.”
“Great quality products but unfortunately had to send it back. Cusions didn't fit , ordered curtains but only received one, no good to me.
Still waiting for refund . It would be helpful if Voyage did let know that return received, until then it is a worry if parcel reached the destination.”
“Very disappointed with customer service couldn't get through on the phone with my query & they did not reply to the two emails I sent.
Due to not replying the items I was interested in had doubled in price.

“I was very happy with the quality and design of wallpaper, however using the video provided to estimate the amount required I ended up with double amount i required. I checked with the company which has a clear disclaimer re estimating amount but they also advised the amount needed was as the calculator supplied had. My decorator was concerned I was ordering too much and at £28 a metre it was a significant difference however I wrongly decided to go with the estimate , not the decorator and subsequently paid for double the amount of paper I required”
