“Have always been very pleased with the fabric from you, the staff are extremely helpful, but last roll endI bought was not what I expected, it was a much cheaper fabric, I would guess polyester, the design was much bigger and I was very disappointed. I rang and the staff were helpful and arranged to get it picked up and my money was put back in my bank account.”

“The product was lovely, 10/10 BUT the issue I have is with the excessive packaging. I appreciate that the lamp and its shade had to be protected but the overall box was 86x57cm and packed with lots of paper, yes all recyclable but I thought it was too much. Probably better than the lampshade I ordered last time which was rattling around in a box with no packaging!!”

“Nice quality item (table lamp) but website is very misleading. Claimed plenty of the item in stock for 2-3 day delivery, when chased up (still shown as plenty in stock on website) was told it was "in production" with a lead time of up to 3 weeks. Actually arrived 5 and a half weeks after it was ordered (although a few of those days don't count as they fell across the Christmas period). Point is, the website shouldn't claim things are in stock if the item isn't actually available for timely dispatch.”

“I ordered fabric from Voyage Outlet in order to complete a project I had started. I was very disappointed to receive the incorrect fabric. After a couple of days and a chase up email I received a reply to tell me that a mistake had been made and my ordered fabric was not available. I was asked to return the fabric and await a refund.”

“The lampshade was lovely to look at but seemed very flimsy when I put it on my lamp base . It didn't feel strong or very sturdy and wasn't anywhere near as strong as the cheaper one it replaced. And it never looks level.”

“Although I think your products are beautiful and really good quality, I think it’s appalling that you charge £34.95 for delivery to the Isle of Wight and only £6.95 to the mainland. There are no price differences to post things to the island !!”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. I have had a look in to your order for the table and unfortunately you did not advise us that there were any quality issues. Had you advised us of this, we would have asked for some images and then arranged for the collection of the table at our cost. With our furniture collections, we do need to use a specialized carrier. This needs to be booked in advance with the carrier so cannot be done as a next day booking. We do try to keep you informed at every step of the process and the carrier does contact you directly to make sure the collection date is suitable. “The lampshade is lovely very good quality and great value for the money .It was however delivered to the wrong address as the company had not labelled it correctly. Fortunately I have honest neighbours . The amount of cardboard used was excessive for the order a small box inside a huge box .”

With regards to the amount of packaging, we strive to be environmentally aware of the amount of packaging that we use for all our products. “I ordered a large picture that was on sale. When it arrived it was in pieces with a broken frame. i reported this and after some discussion Voyage Outlet gave me a full refund.Thankyou.”

“Absolutely love my lamps. It would be good if there was more communication regarding delivery. I felt the delivery time was too long. I wrote twice and never received a response. The lamps just 41/2 weeks later.”

“I bought two more cushions to match some I'd purchased previously, about 3 years ago. The newer ones are not so good. the backing material is much less quality and the filling is less too. I rated three stars because the service online from order to receipt was swift and faultless, the goods arrived in good condition and well packed. I really wanted to love these cushions as much as my old ones, but sadly not to be.”

“So disappointed,the lamp base is far bigger than the image on your site tends to show,and the condition of it ..under normal circumstances we would return,the lampshade is ok,luckily both arrived ok,as the delivery driver dropped the package for height as he took it out of the van.The lamp base you think we had is not the one.”
