“Have always been very pleased with the fabric from you, the staff are extremely helpful, but last roll endI bought was not what I expected, it was a much cheaper fabric, I would guess polyester, the design was much bigger and I was very disappointed. I rang and the staff were helpful and arranged to get it picked up and my money was put back in my bank account.”

I appreciate that the lamp and its shade had to be protected but the overall box was 86x57cm and packed with lots of paper, yes all recyclable but I thought it was too much. “Nice quality item (table lamp) but website is very misleading. Claimed plenty of the item in stock for 2-3 day delivery, when chased up (still shown as plenty in stock on website) was told it was "in production" with a lead time of up to 3 weeks. Actually arrived 5 and a half weeks after it was ordered (although a few of those days don't count as they fell across the Christmas period). Point is, the website shouldn't claim things are in stock if the item isn't actually available for timely dispatch.”

After a couple of days and a chase up email I received a reply to tell me that a mistake had been made and my ordered fabric was not available. I was asked to return the fabric and await a refund.”

Thank you for your feedback.
I have had a look in to your order for the table and unfortunately you did not advise us that there were any quality issues. Had you advised us of this, we would have asked for some images and then arranged for the collection of the table at our cost.
With our furniture collections, we do need to use a specialized carrier. This needs to be booked in advance with the carrier so cannot be done as a next day booking. We do try to keep you informed at every step of the process and the carrier does contact you directly to make sure the collection date is suitable.
We do however, take all your comments on board regarding returns and will endeavor to make this process as efficient as possible.

With regards to the amount of packaging, we strive to be environmentally aware of the amount of packaging that we use for all our products. Sometimes however, with our more fragile items, we need to use more packaging to protect the items from damage in transit. We do however take your comments on board.
