Ordered and paid for 2 items on 14th May, both items showing in stock and normal lead time for delivery. Waited almost 2 months without sign of the items, no refund, no communication. I called and emailed numerous times, even left voicemails but nothing. I had to raise a case through PayPal to discover that in the time from my order to complaint, Voyage became Riva and just ignored customers who'd paid but were waiting for items. No satisfactory reply from them via PayPal resolution so escalated to PayPal refund, then I received a call from Riva asking whether I still wanted the items, I explained I'd received nothing from them and had requested a refund. No apology, no offer of discount, nothing. Got my refund via PayPal. I've happily bought many things from Voyage Maison and Voyage Outlet over the years and this was very disappointing. I've now looked online for the items I was waiting for and Riva appear to have inflated the prices. For instance, the Toby stool in Malleny Jute was £39 (but they didn't send it), it's now advertised on sale at £100. The Sitara throw was £59 (but they didn't send it) is now advertised by them for £208. I smell a rat. I've previously recommended Voyage Maison to friends before, however I don't think I will and it looks like I'll have to look for somewhere else to shop in the future. An explanation as to what happened to my order (you had my money for nearly 2 months) and why the prices are so inflated would be nice.

I ordered two light fittings in one of your clearance sales, apparently, there were only 5 in stock. I subsequently ordered two cushions which arrived within a few days and I was delighted with them. However, the light fittings never arrived. I queried this and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for my light fittings to be delivered because they were "in production", strange given you had 5 in stock when I placed my order. 3 weeks went by, still no light fittings, I queried again, to be told you were moving distribution centres, and my order could take up to 4 weeks. 4 weeks went by, and by this time it was urgent as I was about to go on holiday. I asked if you could be specific about the delivery date , to which you said you couldn't, it could be anything between 1 and 4 weeks. So I have reluctantly had to cancel my order, as I cannot risk it arriving whilst I am away.I am so disappointed.

I ordered a floor lamp which arrived with the bulb fitting broken. I contacted Customer Services and to be fair they very promptly sent me another. Sadly this again was broken. Customer Services very promptly arranged for DPD to collect the broken stands and refunded my money. I really wanted the lamp but having had 2 broken ones sent I didn't want to risk a 3rd and the inconvenience of waiting in for delivery again so I have only given you 2 stars. It would be good to have notification of when the item is to be delivered. However your Customer Service team were great in sorting the problem out and I would give them 5 stars.

I ordered 2 cushions to match others I had but on arrival the material to the back of the cushion had changed to a different fabric, I returned the items but it then took a full 14 days to refund following receipt of the item at their depot. I did call but was curtly told to wait 14 days as in terms and conditions. Due to this I probably would order again as I do feel that it’s poor customer service in regard to the time for a refund. In addition there in no mention that the reverse fabric may change and therefore I’m £10 plus out of pocket for postage due to this.

I contacted voyage after purchasing a sample of genji peridot asking why I then couldn’t order a larger amount of wallpaper and never got a response .

Very disappointed with the quality of the lampshade I purchased. The frame had little support for the size of the shade and felt flimsy. The only saving grace was that it was in the sale but even then I didn't feel it was worth the money.

Ordered 2 cushions , only one arrived but charged for both. After chasing with 2 phone calls and told both times that my cushion would arrive within a few days , guess what no cushion. 3rd call , was told out off stock so refunded. Very disappointed that I was lied to twice. Talked over on 3rd call , felt I had no choice but to cancel and get refund. Please in future don’t say your call back in 15 mins and not call. Don’t lie to customers by saying you have the order when you know you haven’t. I would have waited if told the truth in the first place as I love these cushions.

The lamp I ordered is beautiful but the customer service is very poor. I had to chase them several times regarding delivery and they do not respond to emails. Promised delivery of 7 days turned into 4 weeks

Dear Anne, Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I have had a look in our mailbox and can see that you sent three emails in January to us and every email has had a response with 24 hours. If there were other emails that were sent then I do apologise but it doesn't seem that we have recieved them. Just a note on our lead-times. We quote a lead time of up to three weeks for despatch of our lighting and a further 3-5 days for delivery. We try to make this as clear as possible on our site at point of ordering and also in our Terms & conditions but I will look into seeing if we can make this any clearer. My parcel arrived quickly. But I did not like the cushions. They just didn’t suit and looked very dated. Three weeks after returning the parcel at my own eco I am still waiting for contact concerning my refund

Lovely mirror - very pleased with it. Unfortunately delivery not so much - I had no notification whatsoever of its arrival, so wasn’t at home. Absolutely no contact from voyage or from the delivery company other than a card with no detail through the door. When I tried to call (many times) no answer at all. Following day, same thing. I phoned Voyage and was just told, “Well, can you not be there? It’ll be. Delivered at some point between 8 and 5, but I can’t say when.” Funnily enough, we are at work, and can’t just be at home! Had I known a day, I might have been able to arrange something, but the lack of communication was awful, especially as I’d had to pay £15 delivery!! Very disappointed and will make me question buying items again.

Ordered sample paper and when it came a quarter of it was blank, obviously the end of the roll. It was morning chorus so I assumed there would be a bird on the paper. At £1.50 a sample I expect to have the whole piece covered in wallpaper not 3/4 of it. It has made me doubt whether or not to purchase it now. Regards Louise and Graham Fuller
