The products are beautiful but the administration is quite poor. I only ordered cushion panels. 1st order that came wasn't as described. 2nd delivery wasn't our order and they still haven't responded to email sent before Xmas. Just received a 3 rd delivery and it's still not as described or pictured. All of these deliveries were sent with a ridiculous amount of plastic packaging. !!

Delivery to Republic of Ireland currently takes up to 3 weeks as outlined in our Terms & conditions, I have included the link below for your reference. Very pleased with the products. Very disappointed with the cost of delivery. From 1 order I was charged 2 delivery costs.!! These high delivery charges mean that I may not use this company again.

I returned my items in the original packaging writhing 24 hours of receiving them as they were a gift that had been duplicated with another family member. This was 3 weeks ago and I have still not had my refund.

Quite disappointed. The colour of the cushions is nothing like the photo online. I thought I would receive mustard cushions and they’re more of a brown colour.

Items received appeared to be of good quality - but we're not accurately described on the website. Had they been fully and accurately described we would not have ordered them at all - as they were not what we wanted. This was apparent as soon as we looked at the cushions - I telephoned Voyage immediately and they arranged the collection and return of the cushions. It has taken 3 weeks (and a telephone reminder) to receive a refund for these returned goods. The refund has only been made by Voyage for the cost of the cushions - I have requested Voyage to make a refund is made to cover the substantial unnecessary postage costs. As previously stated we never would have incurred these costs had the descriptions on the website been accurate - as we would never have made the order!

We issued you with a refund for full cost of the order including the carriage. Extremely high delivery cost and I had to pay for returns. I returned an item and three weeks after they had received it back they were still no refund I kept phoning. I was simply told they are running late on refund. This is not OK!! Prices can’t be trusted they fluctuate every day. Products were good but these issues put me off.

I ordered 4 cushions with the same pattern. I was sent 3 of one pattern and one that was totally different. I returned all cushions at the beginning of October and I am still waiting for my refund. I was told on the 24th the refund would be made within 48 hours. I am still waiting. Unfortunately this has put me off purchasing any other items from Voyage in the future.

I was very disappointed with my purchase of a throw .In my opinion it was just a length of fabric hemmed all around and drab fringe along top and bottom there was no backing to give it a bit of body so sent it straight back .this is my review of hedgerow throw

Ordered two items and first part arrived quickly and all good. Second item was a few weeks and then sent wrong item, returned item and informed them of mistake and then sent wrong item again.

Wrong item sent.Item By the time it arrived item I wanted had sold out. After emailing Returns team paid for return of items. I asked if free gift should be returned via email...my question was not answered. As a result iI kept free gift and was charged for it..wish I had left well alone. Will be reluctant to purchase again.

OK, but could do SO much better. Some nice items, but hopeless search facility. I ordered 2 items, only got 1 sent and although I was refunded, first it took some time and second I noticed the item supposedly ‘out of stock’ still advertised later the same week. But my greatest criticism is the postage; they wanted £13.95 for a basket of items just over £35. Needless to say I left it and was pestered by emails thereafter. Why not do as other stores do and either have a well advertised (and low) price over which postage is free, say £30, or have a set price for whatever you buy say £3.95. Makes a mockery of the so-called bargains. It’s unlikely I would buy again and I certainly would not recommend.

Sadly this rug just wasn’t for me. I love the Voyage products but hadn’t realised this rug would be made from thin, lightweight material which just isn’t suitable for my home. I thought I’d been sent a window blind by mistake.

While we were very excited that the fabric we ordered for custom curtains had black-out fabric included, we were disappointed that the images of the fabric pattern on the website were completely different from the fabric we received. The images of the fabric samples online are incredibly misleading by comparison. On the website, the fabric appeared at a distance to be a small, fine pattern of blue hues, almost resembling blue linen. With the zoom tool, you notice the checkered pattern of different blue hues, but this appears to be small and only noticeable when extremely up close, as if the fabric were put under a microscope. In reality, however, the checkered print, with more white and purple than blue, is large, noticeable, and dramatically different in style and appearance than the images on the website. Had I known that the checkered pattern was visible in the fabric from any distance – even across the room -- and that the pattern was more white and purple than it was blue, I would have likely selected a different fabric, so that it would better match the style and colours of the room, as I thought the Ochoa Pacific fabric would. The fabric images on the website should not be so misleading and inaccurate, and I am very disappointed with this experience with Voyage Outlet.
