The lampshades are beautiful but the supports are really flimsy, I was disappointed in the quality for the price, I would have expected better. It only has 2 thin supports that can’t be adjusted and not strong enough for such a large shade.

Hello Barbara, Thank you for your feedback on your order. It was great to speak to you earlier, as we discussed this lamp has a reversible gimble in the middle which makes it suitable for a table lamp and a ceiling lamp. If you flip the gimble around the other way, it should provide more support for the shade as it will not be sitting as high up on the base. Ordered material various different ones, when they arrived one rOLL OF 5M OF MATERIAL MISSING FROM THE ORDER 50 POUNDS WORTH, , THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED, had to phone up replacement was sent , but disappointing that this keeps happening

I was very disappointed with Voyage outlet. The throw that I ordered was not did not go with the blinds that I had of the same pattern. The description didn't mention that it had a pale brown lining. It was an expensive mistake in carriage costs.I won't be ordering from Voyage outlet again.

Still not received my full order. Wrong cushion covers sent and the replacement cover still not received after four weeks.

Hello Eleanor, Thank you for taking time to leave us a review, the curtains you have ordered have taken a bit longer than usual to get to you. They were despatched yesterday (1st June) so should be with you shortly. As these curtains are printed in house and then made by curtain makers in the UK sometimes the manufacturing process can take a little longer.
