The items were very nice and of a good quality, however the delivery was expensive at £150. The delivery was very slow too and I had to enquire after several weeks for an update. The delivery cost and time are the only things which would put me off ordering from the voyage outlet in future.

You need to work on 2 areas, providing information and customer service. When I phoned to enquire about part of my order, the person I spoke to was extremely condescending and dismissive. Vital information about my order had never been given to me in any form, but she spoke to me as if I was stupid. Also, perhaps you need to look at your delivery charges, £25 delivery to the Inverness area from a company based in Glasgow is ridiculous. I could have driven down and back and collected them for less!! There is a road, the A9, between the two you know...

The product was very nice as described and a good price as I bought it in the sale. But the delivery was awful. It was left on my front step in the rain when there is a safe undercover carport. The cardboard box was so wet it fell to pieces. No note through the door or text message was sent to say it had arrived. My dog found the parcel. Postage was expensive and I expected better than that

Products are excellent but feel Postage charges are excessive. Unfortunately had to return products as did not match and did have problem getting refund. I had to call on two occasions to secure full refund and it took nearly a month to receive. Able to contact by phone easily.

The service was good and fast. The curtains are nice but if we wanted them for a critical place they would have been too narrow. The advertised width was 170cm each but they came at 162cm. That is 16cm narrower overall for the pair. A lot! Hence the rating

When I put through my order online I telephoned Customer Service as I was informed that a request to deliver to my daughter in Aviemore could be put on hold as she was on holiday. The delivery date was ignored and parcel delivered and put in bin at back of her house. Not very pleased with service.

Chair nice, although smaller than I thought. Delivery was a pain, it took 4 weeks as they would not fit around you and days I was home. So pot luck that you align one day! If it was through another delivery firm I would look to order more but with who is used at the moment.

Bit of confusion over first order and free gift. Code for free gift never arrived, so contacted customer services who were very nice and promised to put gift on with the order. One box arrived designated 1/1 with onlty half the order. Second bow arrived two days later with other half but still no gift. Customer services again very nice and posted out separately. Next time I ordered and paid full delivery fee, it was sent DPD but instead of arriving at my house, it was delivered to a pick up point ten miles away, so I had to drive to fetch it. Products are good but delivery leaves a lot to be desired.

Had an issues with a lamp base not arriving. It took a few emails before rectified. Not sure whether it was a delivery company issue. But customer services were good and I received the second missing item.

Goods are of good quality & delivery is usually quite quick . Only gave three stars as it takes an age to get a refund if you need to return anything . It took me over a month to get my money back on some curtains I sent back .

Very disappointed with service of DPD. Had to enquire where my delivery was and it had been delivered to address ten minute walk from mine and thrown over gate!! Fortunately as had this problem once before and address delivered to was Number 1 Tower Hill whereas my address is Apartment 1, Tower Hill Tankerton Heights, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 2BW so had idea where it was. House there is empty so glad I went to look My picture was fine due to your good packing. I love your products but not the delivery service I am moving at end of month so hopefully any further orders will arrive safely Wendy SUMNALL

Ordering easy, but after 1 month of not receiving my 2 items I was informed that 1 was out of stock, which after a few emails I amended my order and received within 2 days. Perhaps this could have been sorted earlier if known!

The lamp we purchased was really poorly packaged. Also there were no holes drilled for where the cable fastener was at the bottom of the lamp base.

Although the products are mostly good quality, the after service for customers is not good enough… buyers need to be aware that they are responsible for return postage costs which is very expensive
