I was disappointed that the website gave no indication of the content of the floor cushion I ordered. I presumed at the full price of over £200 it would be substantial. Very disappointed as it isn’t nearly as comfortable as it should be. Even polystyrene beads would have been better. I also don’t think the label is correct in it's fabric composition. I have purchased the fabric & cushions previously and this doesn’t feel the same. Not linen but more synthetic. Disappointing

Disappointed in delivery time. Going into 3rd week and no update notification on delivery. Would be slow to order again..Love the stock. Also delivery charge too costly for. Ireland.

Dear Gill Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the comfort of the chair. Our Florence chair is one of our best sellers so have immediately looked into this with our design team. The cushion inner for both the back and the seat has a foam core with a fibre and feather wrap. They are designed this way to make sure that the cushion never collapses. The feather and fibre wrap provides additional softness. The inner cushion cover is a hundred per cent cotton and has a finish to prevent any feather escape, this is an industry-standard. The outside fabric of the cushion cover has to be fire retardant by law which can cause some stiffness in the fabric but this should soften over time. I ordered a lot of samples when they arrived it was difficult to gauge how they would look on the wall given the size and pattern of each design. For example, there would be random birds on a wallpaper and you would get 2 small birds and the rest was the background colour. Also I didn't feel the colours were so strong in real life. I know this is all down to how it shows on your device but even so I was disappointed. Also you're not told of any delays with the samples and some take over a week to arrive. The wallpapers are lovely but just a bit disappointed overall. I'm concerned any order I place will take a while to get to me.

This was my 3rd order, first two were refunded as fabric was out of stock or part of the order was out of stock, despite website showing lots in stock. Had to chase the first order - no updates. Descriptions are unclear. I ordered pom-pom trim, actual pom-poms are huge - description was unclear - so it was pot luck. Whoever is writing the website - make it clearer and you need better communication support, this lets you down. The actual product quality is good.

The product is lovely - but to charge £40 delivery to Northern Ireland is extortionate! I had the picture delivered to a friend in England, who then posted it on to me for £6! If she can do this, surely some bright spark in dispatch could also manage it?

Ordered two items, got conflicting emails regarding the status of the order, one said l had received a refund the later one said my order was on its way. On the paperwork l received there was no telephone number that l could check which was correct

Placed an order 10 days ago - no updates - emailed and said 2:3 weeks for delivery 🤷‍♂️It was for a birthday present which sadly it now won’t be here for . Possibly a few more updates on orders would help . Love the products which are stunning - but admin poor.

I love the Voyage floor cushions but the last one I ordered was meant to be a large circular one but I received a small rectangular one instead which was disappointing.

Iv loved my purchases on voyage. Though haven't liked how prices seem to go up and down a lot and I had contacted customer service to enquire about availability of a certain footstool and noone ever got back to me. But the products are excellent and I can't fault the quality.

I ordered two items from Voyage Outlet. The first was delivered so quickly that I was amazed, however a number of weeks went by with no sign of my second item, ordered on the same day, no update from anyone. Eventually I got in touch to be told that the item wasn't in stock and they were waiting for delivery at the Outlet. I do understand that this happens, but it would have been good to have been informed. The items were matching and I had a particular event at home that I wanted the new additions for. As this date came and went I cancelled the second item and have received a refund without any difficulties. It would have been a 5* review if based on my one delivered item, just a bit of a lack in communication really.
