I ordered the mirror on 30th September and it arrived damaged. Collection was arranged and it his arrived back with them nearly two weeks ago and still no refund. I will not be ordering again. They have held on to my money much longer than necessary and I find customer service curt and unhelpful

I have had a look at your order and your return was booked back into our warehouse on the 20th of October 2022. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all refunds will be issued with 14 days of receiving the returned goods back in our warehouse. I can confirm that you refund has now been issued. I bought a remnant at reduced price to make a Roman blind. The remnant was not sold as a ‘second’. I had to tick a box to say that I understood that the purchase could not be returned. When I received the 1.7 m remnant there was a 1cm hole right in the centre so it could not be used for the intentioned purpose. Lovely material so very disappointed.

Appalling. Sent completely the wrong items and then gave a wildly insufficient refund and that was that. Very poor all round

Dear Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have looked into your order and can see that unfortunately we did send two incorrect floor cushions to you. We then offered to replace these for you and dispatch the replacements on the next working day. However you came back and said that you had already used them. Our terms and conditions state that an item cannot be returned once it has been used but on this occasion, as a good will gesture, we offered a refund of just under 30% even though you had already used them both. We apologize for initially dispatching the incorrect item but did try to resolve as quickly as possible. I’m still waiting for an order placed in June. Half of it arrived and was delivered to my neighbour, voyage insisted the whole order was delivered, it wasn’t. So I’ve been back and fore for weeks, apparently now they agree I did not get my full order and I will receive the other items within 3-4 weeks, that was 18 days ago, so we will see if they arrive!

As discussed when you placed your last review on Trust Pilot, all items were showing as signed and delivered to your neighbours address on the 11th of August. As your order was placed on the 20th of July, this was despatched to you within our lead time of 2-3 weeks for our lighting products. Upon receiving your review, we immediately contacted you by email and telephone to try and find out what had happened. This however did take some time to resolve due to your working hours and being unable to speak to us on the telephone. We can only assume that part of your order was lost in transit and for this we offer our apologies once again. Unfortunately, I am unable to review the product as I have not yet received it. It is now eleven days since I placed my order for one small fabric sample. I can't imagine what is taking so long. Previously, when I have placed large orders, the items have arrived within two days. Voyage, this is not your usual standard.

Postage can normally take 3-5 days but this should have been delivered to you by now. It looks like this has been lost in transit. Don’t know what to say, 14 days after ordering and money being paid the items are nowhere near being dispatched. When I enquired I was told it could take 7 weeks from order to delivery.

When looking at the day you placed the order, our curtains were part of the deal of the day which can give up to 70% discount off selected products. Any daily offers will always end at 12 pm each day. Each product does provide you with a timeline of the offer deadline. Unfortunately, you placed your order at 12:17 pm which is why your price would have increased back to the pre-offer cost. Poor quality. Pricing changes almost daily, be careful. Very dishonest pricing. Refund only after having to phone. Customer service person then takes another few days to even process refund after saying they would do it immediately after phonecall. Avoid!

Nearly 20 days to process my returns refund and only after chasing email. Internal standard of 14 days for refunds not acceptable. Would not order from Voyage Outlet again.

Incorrect rug size received despite being advertised online. The contact to inform you was very efficient and Andria arranged for collection, which was for the next day. Unfortunately the delay in being reimbursed is expected to take some time and as I can’t afford to buy a replacement until then,feel disappointed with the transaction.

Bought a lot of items including fabric panels. The panels were cut too short (within the black guidelines cutting off corners and sides) emailed for exchange and was asked for photos which I emailed by return. NO RESPONSE. Rang & left messages as no one picked up. AGAIN NO RESPONSE. Come on Voyage! Sort this out - I’ve spent hundreds of £££ with you.

Hello Annemarie, Thank you for your review. Picture frames have a lead time of 2-3 weeks as we print the wall art in house and then make up the finished picture frames in house too. I can see your order was placed and despatched within the week so it should be with you very soon, it left us on the 31st May, you should have received your tracking update from DPD.
