The curtains background colour did not match. One curtain was cream and one was white.

Sadly I am quite disappointed with the chairs purchased. The foam inserts are very uncomfortable and wrapped in a plastic liner.

Hi Melanie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and also for the images that you sent to us yesterday. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cushion back and seat. Our Florence chair is one of our best sellers and we have never had a complaint of this nature before so have immediately looked into this with our design team. The cushion inner for both the back and the seat has a foam core with a fibre and feather wrap. They are designed this way to make sure that the cushion never collapses. The feather and fibre wrap provide additional softness. The inner cushion cover is a hundred percent cotton and has a finish to prevent any feather escape, this is an industry-standard. The outside fabric of the cushion cover has to be fire retardant by law which can cause some stiffness in the fabric but this should soften over time. I have iordered 6 or 7 times now and nit one order has been right. Always some thing missing or wrong item sent. Once sorted I am always over the moon with the product. But getting it right seems to be a major problem. Last order I didn't receive my Highland cow fabric but got something else instead ...couldn't be bothered to sort as it is embarrassing and feel like they will thing I pulling a fast one. Such a shame. Never any details on when it will arrive either.

Dear Denise, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry we haven’t managed to agree a book in slot for your furniture. We have a 3rd party company who are furniture specialists, and they handle our furniture deliveries for us, they have advised us that they did offer a few dates however none were suitable resulting in this order being cancelled. Am so disappointed, I ordered 14 metres of wallpaper, which should of come in one continuous roll but instead arrived in two separate rolls so now am left, because of pattern repeat, without enough to finish the wall. Customer service were not helpful at all.

Hi Anne Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I believe that you placed a wallpaper order to be delivered to Northern Ireland but then redirected the wallpaper to a Republic of Ireland address at your own cost. As we mentioned at the time we are happy to replace this for you, However we can only deliver to the original delivery address and not the address that you forwarded the wallpaper to. Disappointed. Order online for items and paid. Items never arrived. Even though the system took my money, they ran out of stock. Never informed just refunded to my account.

I bought expensive curtains. They arrived with blood all over the tops and down one side. They cost me more than any other curtains and they're in this state. I can not believe it. Very dissatisfied indeed that these were sent. Covered in someone's blood.

I have had a look at the tracking of your order and DPD have attempted to deliver your order twice unsuccessfully on the 29th and 30th of April. It was then taken to your local pickup shop but as it was not picked up within 10 days they have now sent this back to Voyage.
