“Have loved what I've purchased. I would say your description of items could be a lot better. The last item I purchased I had to return for this reason. Still waiting on a refund...3 weeks later, not even had an email acknowledgement of receiving the item, I had to call for that!”
“Excellent quality. Never quite sure what the reverse of cushions is going to be until they arrive. Photos of both sides would be helpful together with a description/name of the material to make it easier to match colours. Its hard to see exact colour online.”

Excuse was from different area BUT I am myself if I had placed on original order that wouldn't have mattered.

“Always love the items that I buy from Voyage Outlet. The quality has been consistently good and if ever there has been an issue, it’s been dealt with very quickly. My only criticism is that delivery always takes about 3 weeks, as opposed to the 2-3 day guide provided when selecting postage. I don’t know if this is because each item is made to order, but if it is, please start saying that on the website as I’d be far happier to wait 3 weeks if I know my order is being specially made.”
“My footstool was lovely - just as shown on the website and I am very pleased indeed with it. I have given 4 stars, not 5, because I ordered the goods, which were showing as being 'in stock but I still hadn't heard anything nearly 1 month later! When I enquired, I received a very prompt reply, telling me there had been a 'stock miscount' and they were waiting for the goods to come in. I cannot fault the email correspondence but I really would have liked to have known BEFORE I had to chase up the company. I really would have appreciated correspondence telling ME of the situation rather than me having to chase THEM. Apart from that - I have no gripes and the footstool is lovely 😊”
“In that my chosen Voyage Maison framed picture arrived with the glass broken, I had to contact Customer Services thereafter. The response was very positive and a courier arrived promptly to collect the damaged picture back in its box. I am due a refund of both the picture and the postage paid for carriage. Disappointed that the framed picture has sold out but happy to buy again from Voyage Maison as the quality of goods is of a high standard.”
“Bought these as I liked the theme of jungle and forest which suited my bedroom. Colour not as vibrant as it stated teal, when it arrived it was more green sage. Length extra long as stated. It is good quality but not black out. For bedroom I would have pre black out. Overall satisfied and price was good.”

However got huge shock when went to return as quoted £30 at post office so felt no choice but to keep the item. My own fault for not reading the returns policy but given it’s an on line outlet I would be reluctant to use again.”

Purchased chair in sale in September but expected delivery date is December - not really satisfactory -assumed item was in stock, but advised that chair was going to be manufactured.
Don't think I will buy online again due to high delivery charges.”
