“Purchased Morning Chorus wide wallpaper. Left to a decorator to put up. Being quite short I would never have managed! It looks lovely and I am really pleased.
Only down side was no communication with the company to say paper had been despatched. We were on holiday when it arrived and it was left with a neighbour but again no card or communication to say it had been delivered elsewhere. Only knew it was here when the neighbour brought it round!”
“Very happy with the chair, the cushions are beautiful and it came with the added bonus of a plain set of covers which I did not expect.
My reason for 4 and not 5 stars is customer service. We were sent the wrong covers and it took me three emails and three phone calls to resolve the issue. We also had to send photos of the wrong covers (although why I would send 4 back when I only needed two remains to be seen).
Calls to customer service were rushed (their end, not mine) and they were not helpful or friendly.”
“I ordered two side lamps & shades and love the products. My only criticism is of the length of time they took to arrive & lack of any communication & explanation for this. So products excellent - customer service leaves a lot to be desired.”

Was delivered on a different day than stated. Luckily I work from home but if you’d planned to be in you would have been annoyed!”

“All the fabric I have bought is excellent, HOWEVER now that you have decided to charge £30 for postage to the Scottish Islands I won't be ordering anything else from you !
It is ridiculous that you send every indivdual piece of fabric on a 150cm cardboard roll ! It isn't cosf effective or environmentally friendly”
“Order was processed & promptly delivered. My only complaint is that I purchased the organisers as they are advertised as A5 (or on some of them A6) but are in fact neither size (see photo). Otherwise pleased with the product & service received.
The box containing the organisers was soaking wet at one end but thankfully the package contents were well protected so not damaged in any way.”
“Ordered ex display chair and lamp aswell as a side table to match the chair and a mirror. The chair is fabulous quality. The lamp unfortunately was not the one I ordered but they quickly rectified that without fuss. The side table wasn't delivered. When I enquired I was advised it was because stock count was wrong, so they refunded. It was disappointing not to get everything I ordered but I have to say the quality of the items are great.”

The only thing I can complain about is the postage price and the expensive returns. I am glad that my recent Brocken item is being replaced and sent out at no cost to me.”
