“Would have been 5 but still waiting for a replacement Wimborne duvet set. The first one developed splits in the fabric after 2 washes and I mended the splits. I requested a replacement with photos of the damage and we agreed on the style and size. However, I am still awaiting the new set several weeks later.”

The reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the postage costs. I live in North East Scotland and I was going to be charged almost £10 for delivery. Our home is only 1 and a half hours from two major Cities and is on the mainland so I couldn't understand this.”
“I can only buy in the sales due to limited finances, but know that the quality of any cushion bought is excellent and, all being well, will last me my lifetime. My only qualm is the cost of postage and packaging as it is the same for one cushion as it is for many.”

“I think DPD has let you down. Everything I ordered, cushions, sofa, fabrics, etc, has been exactly what I wanted and as described. Very happy with all my purchases. (Especially the sofa!!!) However - 2 cushions have not arrived. These were ordered back in November. DPD did not inform us that they tried to deliver them. They did not inform us that they were out for delivery. Then they told us, via your email to us, that we had less than 24 hours to arrange collection from a pick-up shop. I don't drive and currently cannot walk very far. I have requested a refund.”
