“First time I had come across this site while looking for lighting. Some lovely pieces. Very helpful when I contacted by phone and impressed with the way purchased item was packed.”

“Unfortunately the goods I ordered did not match so had to be sent back to which I am still waiting for a refund . If they were suitable they would have been great and delivery was very good .”

“Received goods fairly quickly after ordering, but regrettably not the correct lamp or shade at all. Disappointed to find when I telephoned that nobody was answering the phones as the staff were in training according to the recorded message. Managed to speak to someone the following day who resolved the situation satisfactorily, arranging collection of the wrong goods and delivery of the correct ones, which didn't take long at all.”

“Lovely lamps, table and floor lamp although not the cheapest they are great quality. Be aware you have to at for return postage if you don’t like your choice chick is what happened to me. You also have to send back in same, double boxed package. Takes ages to get refund back too, 14 days from when they receive the return.”

“Bought azima lotus cushions,throw and curtains.I love the colours though worry the throw and curtains won’t wear well as the fabric is already piling even though it’s in a room that’s not used often. Packaged well on delivery”

“Beautiful product. Unfortunately one of the lamps arrived damaged beyond repair. Return was very easy. The refund could have gone smoother. I will definitely order from here again, and would recommend.”

“I ordered two lamps. I waited a month for the lamps to arrive and then only one arrived. I rang to sort this out but could not get through so I left a message and no one has got back to me. This has now been dealt with instantly, once I was able to get through.”

“I ordered 2 cushions. Unfortunately Voyage Outlet we’re let down by the delivery company they use and the cushions were delivered to the wrong address. Dealing with their customer service was to rectify the matter was easy, friendly and efficient. Would order again.”

“You have to be patient waiting for your delivery! Also I ordered two identical shades which one is definitely brighter than the other so be aware if lamps are to be sighted near each other”

“Comfy chair with well filled cushions. High quality wooden frame, very strong. Problem with one of the cushion covers, but they replaced it quickly and FOC. Poor delivery company attitude and lack of care, but I have already provided feedback to you in the detail.”

“The bedding I ordered is beautiful; ordering was easy. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the delivery box, which was 6 times larger than necessary, necessitating a huge amount of padding.”
