“My partner order a hoodie from this line. We received it and noticed some of the stitching had come out. This was very disappointing however the customer service we received in dealing with this was fantastic. Charlotte from the Customer Service Representative Vanquish Fitness LTD Had a new hoodie ordered within 24 hours. Hassle free and extremely friendly and understanding. I am sure this was a one off faulty hoodie as everything else we have ordered from here has been excellent quality. Thank you for providing us with such a superb service. Miss Bradley and Mr Laidlaw.”

“I got an faulty sleeve and told this. The advisor Charlotte responded immediately, was very kind and we could solve „the probleme“ in the best way. I got an giftcard and don‘t need to send the faulty item back. Absolutely amazing!! Thx!!”

“Even after 10 days from the purchase of the product, I was worried that I could not track the delivery status and contacted the store, and Customer Service Representative Charlotte responded promptly and politely. I was relieved to be able to trace immediately. Whenever I am in trouble, he or she gives us a wonderful response, and I am very satisfied with the product and service.”
