“I ordered a pack of Agility T shirts but I pressed the small button instead of the medium size. The order went ahead as I couldn’t stop it. I contacted the team at Vanquish and Charlotte replied to my email, and advised me what to do. I wanted to either exchange or get a refund because it was a present for my son. They exchanged it without any hassle. Chris sent me a reply to inform me that I would get my package before Xmas. Thank you to the Vanquish Team for an excellent and quick service. I will be using you again in the future, and I’m going to promote your company to all my friends as well. Keep up the good work..👍😊”

“I had a small defect on a purchase which i raised. Chris handled it quickly and sent me a gift card for the value of my purchase and i didn't even need to return the faulty item. Very happy with the service.”

“I ordered 4 items for my son, but then realized that I had ordered the wrong sizes. I looked for a phone number to call and cancel the order, but could not locate one. The website directs you to use the "contact us" option on their website. I did so, within 10 minutes of placing the order. To ensure I received the Black Friday pricing, I had placed a second order with the correct sizes. By the time they responded (NOT timely) they said it was too late to cancel the first order (which I had asked them to do), so they went ahead and arbitrarily canceled the correct order (which I did not ask them to do). Then I tried to return the incorrect order. They make their customers pay for returns, so it cost me $57 on a $115 order, since I'm in the U.S. and they're in the U.K. Bad experience all around, no effort at customer service to make it right. I would NOT recommend.”
